Outside of business operations, Steve is passionate about mentorship—especially for youth who he can support and encourage. His commitment stems from his own journey and a desire to help others rise above challenging circumstances.
When he's not leading or mentoring, Steve enjoys the peace and simplicity of outdoor life, spending time in nature with his family and friends.

Controller
Christina, our Controller, is passionate about building a strong and financially healthy company. With a keen eye for detail and a forward-thinking approach, she manages our accounting and reporting, believing that clear financial insights are key to helping our team grow and thrive. When she's not overseeing the numbers, her dedication to community extends to serving in her church ministry and leading epic quests in Dungeons & Dragons with her fellow nerds.
Brandon Pence
Project Coordinator
As Project Coordinator at Pride Electric, Brandon thrives on keeping people connected—whether he’s facilitating communication between crews in the field and leadership or keeping clients in the loop. With a strong sense of organization and a calm-under-pressure mindset, he helps projects stay on track and teams stay aligned. When he’s off the clock, you’ll probably find him rolling dice at a local board game café or catching a show at one of his favorite live music spots.
